A leading financial services organisation based in North London is currently looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their team.
Sitting as part of the Reward team, this new role has been created to manage employee flexi-benefits and the relationships with benefits suppliers. The primary responsibilities include communicating with company employees regarding benefits and managing the administration of company benefits. Other responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors
Take a proactive role in benefits strategy
Active involvement in projects across the wider reward team
Previous position in a benefits focussed role
Experience in dealing with suppliers
Competent in Excel
Pensions experience is preferred but not essential
High level organisational skills
Detail orientated, multitasking skills
