Part-time HR Officer

Part-time HR Office role in Croydon for a Housing Association for a 9 month maternity cover.

Your new company
Our Housing Association in Croydon are currently recruiting for a part-time HR Officer for a 9 month maternity cover starting the end of January. You will be working 24 hours, Tuesday-Friday as part of a job share with the Business Support Manager. This is a small organisation with around 40 staff, but a very busy one, the offices is located a 5 minute walk from Croydon station.

Your new role
As a HR Officer, you will be reporting to the Business Support Manager, and will be part of the Business Support team which includes some H&S, Reception and Office management. This is a varied HR position covering areas such as recruitment, induction, absence, payroll etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 2 years' experience as an HR Officer and Associate membership of CIPD or at least 4 years' experience as an HR Officer. You must be able to demonstrate experience and ability to deliver HR solutions across a broad range of disciplines including attendance management, performance reviews, discipline, grievance, training and induction and payroll administration.
