A financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for a Compensation Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Compensation Team Lead, the Manager will work in a small team supporting with BAU and projects relating to cash compensation. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage compensation processes for respective business units
Ensure smooth running of annual reward cycle
Work with counterparts globally to ensure consistency
Support with the delivery of the wider comp strategy in conjunction with exec comp and regs teams
Solid experience within compensation, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment
Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate at all levels
Strong stakeholder management skills
