Compensation Manager

A financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for a Compensation Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Compensation Team Lead, the Manager will work in a small team supporting with BAU and projects relating to cash compensation. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage compensation processes for respective business units

  • Ensure smooth running of annual reward cycle

  • Work with counterparts globally to ensure consistency

  • Support with the delivery of the wider comp strategy in conjunction with exec comp and regs teams

Key requirements:

  • Solid experience within compensation, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment

  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
