The ultimate goal of the role is to ensure that the business has the right learning in place to make sure that people can do their jobs today. Also, to bring positive change and turn a slightly reactive function into more of a proactive, business partnering one. This role is also responsible for the day to day learning operations, vendor management and any MI associated with learning activities.
We are looking for candidates that can bring new ways of thinking to the role especially around technology and methodologies that other business are using. Candidates that are highly motivated and very keen for a highly visible, dynamic role.
The business is highly receptive to HR and L&D and are open to change and new ways of working. This person will champion this and work with stakeholders to deliver high standards of learning into the business.
FS experience is ideal but other industries will be considered. Strong learning background is essential as are team management skills, being an agent of change, strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for L&D.
