In this newly appointed role, as you'll drive the talent and capability agenda for a hugely successfully and trusted business which leads the way in its sector. A FTSE100 organisation they're highly professional and people centric, employing some of the brightest and best in the industry.
Picture yourself working with a well-respected business which has many of the features of a franchisor-type organisation, but which isn't a franchisor. You'll be working as part of a collaborative and focused Senior Management Team to ensure the organisation provides the products, marketing strategy, tools, infrastructure, support and services to enable entrepreneurial business leaders, to achieve their individual business objectives, many of which are growth focused.
As you would expect in a people business like this, success is down to the franchisee businesses having highly trained and engaged qualified professionals available to deliver to clients' requirements. Recruitment, on-boarding, induction, training, developing, performance management etc. will be key drivers of organisational success.
Opportunities to influence and coach such a diverse group of stakeholders and external business owners on this level are few and far between and your skill set will undeniably be in coaching, talent and capability development with other HR services falling outside the proposition or drawn from within other parts of the wider organisation.

Who will this role suit? Whatever your background, we're looking for a commercial, customer focused and technically strong HR professional with a passion for Talent and Capability; someone with the experience, gravitas, relationship skills, entrepreneurial flair and intellect to drive the people agenda forward. The ideal candidate is likely to have a business coaching, business psychology or people development background.
Very relevant professional or financial services experience is not essential, although strong candidates might previously have worked with internal business teams and external "franchisees" too.
This role is most likely to be based out of Canary Wharf or London's West End. You'll also need to be comfortable with working in a variety of UK locations developing relationships wherever key staff are based.
