Your new company

You will be joining a global marketing consultancy firm at their head offices based in central London.

Your new role

You will join a close knit HR team supporting a global client base. You will support senior HR members with generalist HR administrative duties. You will be responsible for the employee lifecycle; from onboarding to offboarding. Advise stakeholders at all levels on HR best practice as well as assisting the HR function in improving workflows and processes. In addition to maintaining the HR system, you will assist the finance team with month payroll.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven HR administration/ coordination experience and be used to managing the full employee lifecycle. You must have a proactive, organised and "can do" approach to your role and be able to engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in a European language - in particular French - is highly desirable.

What you'll get in return

Salary package of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum + an excellent benefit package and the opportunity to join a grown company that value employee development.
