Your new role
The HR Officer will provide expert HR advice & guidance to managers and employees within the organisation. Key responsibilities include the management of a complex employee relations caseload and supporting on employment tribunals as required. Additionally the post holder will lead change management projects on organisational design, restructuring and redundancies. The HR Officer will also advise, consult and negotiate with Trade Unions as necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD HR professional with in depth experience of complex case management including employment tribunals. The ability to demonstrate proven success in influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating with trade unions is essential.
