HR Generalist

Interim to potentially permanent opportunity as a HR Generalist to be based in the Sheffield area.

A large manufacturing business with the Head Office in Sheffield.

Description

As the HR Generalist you will work as part of a small team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to a large manufacturing business. This will include managing a number of different stakeholders and their expectations as well as working closely with line managers to coach and support on case management issues. You will also have to take control of complex or escalated cases.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • have previously worked in a similar HR position - ESSENTIAL
  • previously have worked in the manufacturing sector - ESSENTIAL
  • be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
  • have strong stakeholder management skills - ESSENTIAL
  • hold the CIPD or equivalent qualification - DESIRABLE

Job Offer

This is a 6 month fixed term contract that could become permanent for the right candidate. The role will pay up to £40k + benefits and is based at the Head Office near Sheffield.
