Following an exciting period of significant acquisitive and organic growth, and there's plenty more expansion planned, the business is looking to appoint a HRD that can become a key part of the executive team and help grow the people practices across the business to support the continued growth and also play a key role on the integration and onboarding of further acquisitions.

You'll enjoy working with a dynamic Executive team to build on its success to date.

Their mission is clear; it's all about taking what is already a very successful business to the next level. However, as you'd expect in a business which has grown swiftly, there can be a lack of consistency, so the successful candidate will develop and deliver a strong framework to drive a high-performance culture across all parts of the business. You'll focus on organisation development, covering people capability and development, career development and succession, performance management, talent mobility, organisational culture and coaching and supporting to the other executive team and their key team mangers.

You'll review the organisational design and have familiarity with change management frameworks and systems, developing a TOM which reduces complexity and will enable the business to scale from a solid foundation.

You'll lead a talented and committed HR, Recruitment and Learning and Development team who have done a great job in getting the business to where it is today.

So, who will this role suit? Whatever your background, we're looking for a commercially focused and technically strong HR professional, with complete focus on excellence.

You are likely to have some worked in both large and medium businesses. Currently, you are likely to be in a number one role, having already operated as part of an Executive team in a smaller, but high growth organisation. Familiarity with technology businesses would be beneficial as would some international experience.
