HRIS Assistant

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a leading, global law firm in their search for a HR Information Systems Assistant to join their London team.

As an HRIS Assistant you will be part of the HRIS team, reporting into the Operations Manager and you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Provide ongoing support with the global HR data for the company

  • Be the point of contact for the HRIS team inbox

  • Identifying and addressing any issues with HR data

  • Take an active role in supporting the HRIS team in implementing global systems changes

We are looking for someone who is highly competent with Excel and is a fast learner, able to take initiative in this kind of work.
