A growing financial services organisation based in West London is currently looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join the team in a newly created role on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Director, the Reward Manager will be responsible for compensation and benefits for the organisation. Other responsibilities:
Review the companies benefits across EMEA, with a focus on Germany and Sweden
Implement a company-wide pension scheme
Manage the year end salary review process
Project manage the implementation of a new HRIS
Manage the payroll team
Previous experience within financial services is preferred
Knowledge of benefits in Germany and Sweden is essential
Extensive experience working in reward, managing both compensation and benefits
Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels
Strong project management skills
