Reward Manager

A growing financial services organisation based in West London is currently looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join the team in a newly created role on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the HR Director, the Reward Manager will be responsible for compensation and benefits for the organisation. Other responsibilities:

  • Review the companies benefits across EMEA, with a focus on Germany and Sweden

  • Implement a company-wide pension scheme

  • Manage the year end salary review process

  • Project manage the implementation of a new HRIS

  • Manage the payroll team

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience within financial services is preferred

  • Knowledge of benefits in Germany and Sweden is essential

  • Extensive experience working in reward, managing both compensation and benefits

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels

  • Strong project management skills
