I am working with a boutique investment firm based in Central London. The firm has a number of offices spread globally with a European focus.
Your new role
This is a stand alone role, and you will manage all compensation and benefits activities within the business on a global scale. There will be a focus on implementation and maintenance of European benefits, ensuring they are in line with the UK. You will also partner with finance on compensation activities such as LTIPs, tax and social security. You will be the subject matter expert for all compensation and benefits queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent experience in a Compensation and Benefits Manager role within a financial services organisation. You must have a good understanding of international payroll as, although self-sufficient, you will be overseeing. You will have an in depth knowledge of European benefits and have managed compensation. You must also be an excellent communicator, as it will be your sole responsibility to build business cases and present, and communicate benefits to the business. System implementation experience is also desirable.
