HRIS Analyst (OD)

The London office of a leading, global Financial Services organisation is currently looking for an Organisation Development (OD) Analyst to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Organisational Development, the OD Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the annual performance cycle in EMEA

  • System support throughout the Performance Management process, using Workday/SuccessFactors

  • Work closely with the HRIS team

  • Support in totality on non-annual Performance Management activity including the production of regular, and ad hoc, reports and Management information, for the information of senior HR BPs and stake holders.

  • Key projects

Key requirements:

  • HR systems experience with either Workday or SuccessFactors

  • Experience within Financial Services would be preferred

  • Confidence in communicating with senior management and stakeholders
