Campus Recruiter

An excellent opportunity for an Campus Recruiter is now available with a well known global insurance business to be based in Surrey.

Ideal candidates will have a background in early careers ideally within financial services. This role would suit an experienced recruitment co-ordinator with experience of Grads/Volume recruitment. Reporting to the Campus Recruitment Manager this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Direct and coordinate university recruiting activities
  • Attend career fairs, campus events, design and deliver assessment centres, intern and graduate inductions
  • Manage graduates throughout the highering process
  • Manage and run assessment centres and ensure that effective selection decisions are made
  • Process offers for successful candidates and provide feedback for those unsucessful
  • Record, update and analyse all recruiting data
  • Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion team in order meet diversity, gender and other specific recruiting goals
  • Support the Campus Recruitment Manager to assess needs, develop strategy and implement work plans
  • Manage budgets where provided and seek new methods to reduce spend while maintaining support

Candidate requirements:

  • In house recruitment experience, preferably gained within a professional services firm, however experience of recruiting professional roles within a reputable agency would also be considered
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Able to build relationships quickly and influence at all levels
  • Experience with direct sourcing from linkedin, indeed job boards and other direct channels
  • Able to multi-task and think on your feet

Competitive salary on offer. Candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice to be considered. This is a 3 month role based in Surrey.
