A specialist role is available within a renowned Professional Services firm. As the HR Performance and Culture Lead, you will be responsible for the business's tailored platform which owns performance management, career reviews and internal succession.
The aim of this role is to embed a performance culture through utilisation of employee engagement strategies. You will create opportunities for staff to have conversations about their careers and a robust performance review framework.
This is an opportunity for a Learning and Development specialist to add real value in a large, matrix organisation. You will work closely with colleagues across communications, HR Business Partnering and Business Planning to ensure that these strategies are closely linked with the business aims and values.
To be considered for this role you will have:
A background in either L&D or HR Business Partnering.
Particular expertise around performance management and employee engagement with specific experience embedding a performance culture.
Experience in the professional services sector
Experience within a multi-site business with significant headcount
