Interim Pension & Benefits Manager

Oakleaf are working with a Financial Servicess organisation that are going through a transformation. As part of this transformation they are looking for an Interim Benefits & Pension Manager to work within the Reward team and help drive forward and executive the execution of a Benefits and Pension strategy internationally.

This role will drive forward three key change initiatives:

  • Harmonisation of exisiting Pension schedules

  • UK Flexible Benefits Implementation

  • Pension provider review

Additionally this role will work closely with the Head of Reward to support the change transition that the business is going through and develop and implement policies and frameworks across Benefits & Pensions.

The successful candidate will be required to work at pace in this role, therefore drive, resilience and self-management is crucial. This role requires high levels of professionalism and stakeholder management skills. You will have experience of UK Flexible Benefits design and administration.
