Description

This role is a Regional HR Business Partner role, for a 6 month period covering maternity leave. The role will manage four HR Advisors, whilst covering a nationwide patch.

This is an excellent opportunity to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, drive business improvement initiatives and support change projects. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Business Partnering you will guide and influence managers regarding ongoing change programmes and their effect. You will also act as an integral member of the People Directorate team, contributing to the Charity's People agenda and target outcomes of the Directorate.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be available to start in January and have the following experience:

* Demonstrable employment law knowledge and its application in a business context
* Knowledgeable within a broader business perspective, with commercial awareness and business acumen
* Project management experience
* Able to travel nationwide and remote working

Job Offer

£42 - £47,000 depending on experience + other benefits.

This is a 6 month maternity cover contract and we are looking for somebody to start straight away. The role is home based with regular travel to our office locations as required including Doncaster.
