This is an exciting opportunity for a proven HR professional as the UK HR Manager for Fluke's three UK sites (Norwich, Northampton, Cambridge). The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset whilst also being operationally focused in the day to day operations of HR management. The total UK headcount is approximately 200 with the majority of the workforce based in Norwich. The role will be the main HR lead for the UK so will be working as part of the senior management team. The opportunity of UK HR Manager is a sole charge role with support available from the central HR function based in the Netherlands.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role will be a proven HR professional that is comfortable working both operationally and strategically. They will also need to be a strong communicator as will be HR's voice in the senior management team.

The UK HR Manager role is pivotal for Fluke and pays a highly competitive salary of £60,000, car (or car allowance) and bonus along with good benefits.
