A well established growing, manufacturing business based in Leeds.

Description

Whilst the permanent role is being recruited this Interim opportunity will be responsible for the HR function.

Reporting into the Site Director you be in a stand alone role partnering the business with a commercial focus for all aspects of HR for approx 60 employees including:

  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • Absence management
  • HR Administration
  • Recruitment and talent development
  • Company induction
  • Employee Engagement
  • Reporting and HR statistics
  • Stakeholder management
  • Representing HR in Senior meetings

Profile

  • Have previously worked in a manufacturing/blue collar environment
  • Have previously operated in a stand alone HR role
  • Have the ability to work in a commercial environment with a focus on value add HR
  • Have the ability to partner senior stake holders
  • Have practising Employee Relations knowledge

Job Offer

  • Salary equivalent £35-40k per annum
