Your new role
The Reward & Benefits Data Analyst will support the reward team by providing reward based management information reports, and providing and analysing data to aid people based decision making. The post holder will support annual employee cycle activities including salary reviews, benchmarking and gender pay gap reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Data Analyst ideally with strong understanding of HR and reward processes and activities. Business Objects and Advanced Excel skills is essential. Candidates must be highly analytical, well organised and have strong communication skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of circa £25,500 plus excellent benefits. There may be a small amount of flexibility on salary for candidates currently earning a higher salary level.
