Our not-for-profit client in Croydon is currently recruiting for a permanent Head of Reward. The housing association is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, paying £70,000 + benefits per annum.
Your new role
Reporting to the Executive Director People and Communications, you will be designing and implementing leading edge performance, reward and recognition frameworks that supports out high performance culture, reinforces our values, engages our people and enables them to achieve their 10 year plan and be recognised as an employer of choice.
The performance and reward manager ensures all performance, reward and recognition initiatives are aligned to the business plan, organisation designs, structures and therefore executed and communicated in a way that is consistent with processes that are understood and trusted by management and employees.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience of delivering organisational change and transformation in fast moving, lean environments, experience of designing and implementing a total reward strategy that is aligned with business strategy, significant HR experience in performance management and reward practices in a complex matrix business, as well as the ability to lead a reward function.
