We're working on an opportunity for a highly motivated and confident candidate with HR experience, to join an HRBP team within a financial services firm as a Junior HR Advisor.
This opportunity would suit someone that has some HR experience at administration level but that has bags of gravitas and confidence in conversing with senior stakeholders. In this role, you would have the opportunity to develop to an advisory position and would immediately be very visible to the client group.
Supporting a Senior HRBP and Associate HRBP your responsibilities would include:
Working with the Recruitment BP's to ensure a smooth onboarding process, including preparing offer documentation
Process employee changes such as leavers and provide advice to managers and employees with regards to requests
Manage the HR system to ensure data and MI can be accurately produced
Produce reports for managers and projects teams regularly, ensuring it is presentable for senior HR and business leaders
Act as a point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policy, process etc. and answering queries
Support HRBP's with employee queries or issues, note taking in meetings as required
Support the compensation review process
Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:
Have very strong interpersonal skills, with confident and ability to build relationships with employees and managers of all levels in a corporate environment
Strong ability on Excel and PowerPoint
Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent
Have prior experience of working in an HR team in a fast-paced professional environment
Be driven, highly motivated, have energy and willingness
