Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a leading global healthcare organisation who have an opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits Manger to join their Central London team.
Reporting into the Compensation and Benefits Director you will have an EMEA focus and your responsibilities will include:
Supporting with compensation, benefits and stock option reporting
Communicating all compensation and benefits information to the business
Ensuring job information records are up to date and are in line with the market
Supporting with year end compensation reviews
Working on ad hoc reward projects throughout the year
We are looking for someone who has a strong background working within reward, has experience working within the EMEA region, ideally within Africa and has excellent skills Excel skills.
