HR Assistant

We're currently working with a highly established global financial services firm, whom have impressive growth plans for the next few years. Due to this growth the HR team in London is growing and are therefore looking for an HR Assistant.

As HR Assistant you will work closely with a Senior HRBP and Talent Manager, supporting them with HR admin tasks and working on projects.

They're a team that are passionate and work at pace, therefore would be looking for similar qualities in whom they hire.

This role will have the potential to develop, as the business grows so will workload and thus the opportunity to take on more work and gain exposure to HRBP projects.

Day to day role responsibilities would include:

  • Managing diaries to arrange interviews and act as first point of contact for search firms, hiring managers, and candidates

  • Manage onboarding from offer letters, background checks to induction

  • Organise training courses onsite, and any further development courses as needed

  • Work with the HRBP to manage global mobility, and immigration

  • Coordinate and administer the leavers process

  • Work the global benefits team to administer benefits and answer queries

  • Partner with the HRBP and business to deliver projects and services in line with talent strategy and business needs

  • Work with the EA population on office wide projects

Candidates suitable for this role will:

  • Be educated to degree level and ideally be working toward CIPD qualification

  • Have demonstratable HR administration experience in either a financial or professional services firm

  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

  • Be detail orientated but works at a fast pace and will have excellent communications skills
