Your new role
You will deliver a learning and development strategy for the organisation, across the UK. Developing training and development plans for key business sectors to successfully deliver against the business objectives. You will support learning across a diverse group of people using a blended learning approach. The role involves the whole life cycle of L&D from training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. You will be responsible for the training budget and have one person reporting into you.

You will have experience in the L&D field and be looking for a varied and rewarding job. If you have a solid base of L&D experience and are looking for a more strategic than delivery focused role, this could be the perfect job for you.
