Recruitment Coordinator

The company are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their business on a temp to perm basis to start ASAP. If successful, the role is likely to go permanent after 3-6 months.

Client Details

The client are a leading brand within the Fashion industry, with global recognition and rapid growth. They are currently looking for a candidate to join their team in St. Albans, who has experience with high volume recruitment and a great work ethic.


As a Recruitment Coordiantor, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels; LinkedIn, Social Media, Job Boards
  • Writing adverts
  • Screening candidates
  • Conducting phone interviews
  • Organising interviews with hiring managers
  • New starter process


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be available to start within a week's notice
  • Have prior experience in recruitment, in particular dealing with a high volume of vacancies at the same time
  • Be able to communicate effectively to a range of people
  • Be personable and able to work well within a team
