My client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding tech firm based in London City urgently looking for a project lead to design and implement a new Performance Management Program.
This will include the TNA and a review of existing processes, design of new process, testing and interlinking with the existing HR System.
You will also create guidelines and deliver training to the line managers via workshops or drop in sessions.
Experience creating similar programs
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management
Project management experience
HR Generalist / Learning /OD background ideally having run performance management programs
Able to influence and facilitate change
worked in a similar fast paced, dynamic environment
