Your new role
You will act as an HR business partner to a client group of technology professionals. You will build effective relationships, providing leaders, managers and associates with professional, proactive support and coaching on people management issues.You will advise managers and associates on statutory compliance and HR best practice. You will identify and anticipate the people implications of business objectives and plans. You will contribute to the design and delivery of HR implementation plans with a special focus on employee engagement. You will collaborate with HR Managers globally to ensure consistent delivery of global plans. You will lead and or be active in HR related projects. Based in London.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD Qualified with experience of operating in a complex matrix business ideally within the Technology, IT or Consulting sectors. You will have operated in a generalist remit and as a true business partner. You will have excellent stakeholder management and will be able to influence and engage at a senior level. You will be inquisitive and open minded; seeking out evolving and innovative ways to add value to the organisation.
You will demonstrate the ability to analyse and understand data and information quickly. Use information, insights and knowledge in a structured way to identify options, make recommendations and make robust, defendable decisions. You will be determined to deliver the best results for the organisation. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to a 6 month contract.
