A fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator within a well-known brand, based in Woking, Surrey, to start ASAP! The successful HR Administrator will join a small, close knit and outgoing team, initially on a 3 month FTC with the view to permanent, with excellent benefits.
The HR Administrator will report directly to the Head of HR and will suit a strong HR Administrator/ Assistant to take ownership of all generalist HR duties for all Head Office employees.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Track and record new starters
Chase, upload, and file all compliance details for new starters
Process all new starters, leavers and offer letters
Managing monthly reporting
First point of contact for all HR queries including maternity and paternity queries
Manage VISA's and employee sponsorship
Managing the HR inbox
Key skills/Experience required:
Experience within a HR Administrator position (approx 2 years minimum is desirable)
Aptitude for data, and ability to pull information into reports
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
Confidence in stakeholder management
Enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment
