A fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator within a well-known brand, based in Woking, Surrey, to start ASAP! The successful HR Administrator will join a small, close knit and outgoing team, initially on a 3 month FTC with the view to permanent, with excellent benefits.

The HR Administrator will report directly to the Head of HR and will suit a strong HR Administrator/ Assistant to take ownership of all generalist HR duties for all Head Office employees.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Track and record new starters

  • Chase, upload, and file all compliance details for new starters

  • Process all new starters, leavers and offer letters

  • Managing monthly reporting

  • First point of contact for all HR queries including maternity and paternity queries

  • Manage VISA's and employee sponsorship

  • Managing the HR inbox

Key skills/Experience required:

  • Experience within a HR Administrator position (approx 2 years minimum is desirable)

  • Aptitude for data, and ability to pull information into reports

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload

  • Confidence in stakeholder management

  • Enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment
