Talent Resourcing Manager
My Client are one of the worlds largest Investment and Real Estate firms and they currently are looking to hire a Talent Resourcing Manager to head their internal recruitment team.
The company in question have over 80,000 employees worldwide and have been included in the 'Fortune 500' in recent years. This vast number of employees span over 300 offices covering over 50 countries internationally. They pride themselves on company philosophies such as hiring and producing the most diverse and creative talent around, whilst also celebrating the professional success of each individual employee.
My Client are looking for someone with around 2 years of experience within talent acquisition or recruitment at manager or business partner type level, with a proven track of proactive recruitment, coaching and managerial skills. The Ideal candidate will feature experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical or Critical recruitment, however candidates from all backgrounds will be considered.
