Your new role
You will be required to provide the highest quality HR advisory service the the wider HR team through coaching, guiding and advising all all aspects of the employee life cycle. The initial purpose of this role with have a main focus on Change and Restructure within the organisation. You will be the lead on certain projects relating to these when the HR BP is absent. You will work with the HRBP to provide a detailed and efficient solutions for certain projects relating to restructure and redundancies.
You will also be involved in a variety of general Advisory work as and when required and so a knowledge of the full HR remit is required.
The role will be a very operational role and will require you to be very hands on and not be afraid to get fully immersed in a high quantity of case work, as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a HR Advisory capacity before or have experience in dealing with a high volume of case work.
You will have a recent, up to date and detailed knowledge of all Employee Relations and Employment Law.
You will have some strong experience of dealing with Restructures, Redundancies and Change within a business.
You must be confident and be comfortable in pushing back when required.
Experience of working in a unionised environment would be very beneficial.
This role is offered on a FTC until the end of March 2020 however there is a possibility that it could be made permanent. The business are paying a salary of up to £31,000 + excellent benefits.
