Your new role
As the organisation go through a business wide transformation programme you will sit on the project team as the HR lead identifying and addressing the people implications of the change. The change will impact every part of the business as they look to move to a more automated way of working and you will lead on organisational design, target operating models, headcount changes, restructures, redeployment, role redesign, culture change etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have lead the HR element of organisational wide change in a complex commercial setting, be able to manage challenging stakeholders and have excellent project management skills.

What you'll get in return
A 12 month contract to start in January paying £60k plus car allowance, 4 days a week at £60k (£75k FTE) may be consider for individuals with the right level of experience.
