Annapurna HR have partnered with an exciting tech start up who are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
Please note this role is 100% home working.
You will report to the VP of People Operations and help deliver their ambitious global growth plans. You will have responsibility for the full life cycle of both technical and non-technical international recruitment.
● Work alongside the leadership team to understand their hiring requirements, challenges, organisational structure and individual team dynamics
● Responsible for the end to end recruitment process covering the entire candidate
experience from sourcing and headhunting through to offer stage
● Work with a mix of both technical and commercial international teams
● Design the hiring and sourcing strategies using a broad range of channels including LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, job boards etc
This is a standalone role and you will need to have the experience, drive and energy to hit the ground running.
You have experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced global start-up and have excellent sourcing/research skills .
You have experience recruiting internationally in both Europe and the US.
You have experience hiring technical roles.
