Your new role
This newly created role in the retail sector, bringing a busy retail organisations recruitment function in house. You will be involved in full cycle coordination of the business recruitment. From advertising, managing the recruitment system, scheduling and coordination interviews and the on-boarding process, working in a busy team of 3. You will also work on HR projects and gain excellent exposure to HR.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven recruitment experience either in-house or agency. You will be keen to grow a career in recruitment & HR and looking for a role that you can develop in. You will be able to hold your own in a busy environment and work in a new role helping setting up an in house recruitment function.
