Reporting to the Head of Reward you will lead the annual pay review and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the business area.
- Lead annual pay review for c1000 employees
- Manage bonus pools
- Compensation data analysis
- Manage senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reward Interim with experience working in a financial or professional service environment, although other sectors experience may also be considered.
You will be able to manage the pay review via excel and be competent in the use of excel ( intermediate to advanced)
You will be a confident communicator with precious experience working with senior level stakeholders, being able to articulate complexity and display gravitas to engage and influence internal clients.
