A fantastic initial 6-month HR Generalist opportunity is available for an immediately available candidate to work within a multinational financial services bank based in Central London.

The role requires the successful candidate to provide assistance on HR & SMCR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with HRBP's & senior stakeholders with project and or campaign work

  • Provide an in-depth review and improve current policies and processes

  • Learning and development experience within financial services to ensure a clear program strategy

  • Knowledge and implementation of HR planning and talent management

  • Assist with the HR administration tasks

  • Oversee the SMCR project

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR Generalist experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Initiative to begin and complete work at their own accord
