A fantastic 12-month HR Business Partner opportunity is available within a worldwide investment firm in East London.
The role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for partnering with the equities & EMEA teams.
Build key stakeholder relationships within the team & larger business
Be the key point of contact for all policy & people management guidance
Provide assistant & advice for the internal recruitment team on lateral positions
Manage the recruitment approval function
Liaise with in-house Legal advisors
Contribute the organizations policies and procedures in employee relation cases
Regularly evaluate market research to ensure the reward & compensation package that is offered, is competitive
Proactively ensure that the cyclical performance review is introduced
Extensive HR Generalist exposure
Financial services experience
Degree educated or equivalent
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable
