As HR Advisor you will take responsibility for the entire life-cycle of employees on site from the on-boarding of new starters and throughout employment. You will be the first point of contact for any queries and working in a unionised environment engaging with unions and union representatives. You will ensure that decisions are in line with current legislation while remaining commercially aware - supporting where necessary and dealing with trade unions.
You have experience working in a similar environment such as manufacturing, engineering supply chain, food production, or logistics. You have worked at HR Advisor level with hands on, complex employee relations experience in which you have developed resilience self motivation and confidence. You have proven experience working in a fast paced demanding, unionised, environment. Alongside your HR Advisory experience you will possess great communication skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
You'll work for an internationally recognised, world leading organisation and work within a small team to support the business and deliver / implement HR strategy. You will work with colleagues to address organisational challenges and effectively support employees.
