Interim Senior HRSS Process Specialist - London - Up to £500 per day

Annapurna HR have been engaged by a Leading Global IT Services Business seeking an Interim Senior HRSS Process Specialist. The role will join the HR Process Team and aid the creation and operation of new Global HR Shared Services processes within the employee lifecycle.

A key part of your role will be to design standard processes across a Global scale, document detailed procedures and develop all support materials for the processes. Operationalising these new processes to deliver global cohesion across HR.

Key skills required:

  • HR Operations & Process experience
  • Strong understanding of best practise with HR Shared Service
  • MS Visio or Nimbus

This is an outstanding opportunity for the successful candidate to join this organisation and play a key role in building their HRSS Design. Driving the design of exceptional Global processes that will deliver a fantastic Operational Excellence to the organisation.
