Interim HRSS Process Analyst - London - Up to £330 per day

Annapurna HR have been engaged by a Leading Global IT Services Business seeking an Interim HRSS Process Analyst. The role will join the HR Process Team and aid the creation and operation of new Global HR Shared Services processes within the employee lifecycle.

A key part of your role will be to document HR Operations processes, document detailed procedures and develop all support materials for the processes. Supporting the operationalising of these new processes to deliver global cohesion across HR.

Key skills required:

  • HR Operations & Process experience
  • Strong understanding of best practise with HR Shared Service
  • MS Visio or Nimbus

This is an outstanding opportunity for the successful candidate to join this organisation and play a key role in building their HRSS Design. Being heavily involved in documenting and creating the processes that will deliver a fantastic Operational Excellence to the organisation.
