Recruitment Consultants - Legal Practice
My client is a leader in the Legal recruitment market and works with top tier law practices in London and across the US, including magic circle and legal 500 firms. They specialise in placing both perm and interim candidates from paralegals to fully qualified lawyers. They require Recruitment Consultants for their Legal/Business Support/IT divisions.
As a Recruitment Consultant, primarily you will contribute to the growth of the business. You will offer an exceptional service to both clients and candidates, as you work with senior hires and C-level candidates, overseeing the entire candidate interview process, mapping market trends and managing client relationships. The client does HR positions from Admin all the way to HR directors into law firms and the business support does legal secretaries and PA's, Facility managers etc.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' recruitment experience, preferably in legal or professional services however the client is open to a variety of backgrounds providing you are passionate to get into the legal space and have the right personality required to work in a fast-paced and bust recruitment environment.
The successful candidate will be well financially rewarded including a competitive commission scheme.
