HR Advisor

I am working with a great professional body based in central London who are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. They are looking for solid generalist with great recruitment understanding and experience.

The role of the HR Advisor is to provide practical and policy HR support to management and employees of the organisation across a wide remit (recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits and employment law).

The successful candidate will be confident running internal recruitment processes as well as being able to provide advice around HR policies and procedures. You will have excellent relationship building skills especially with key stakeholders and be a motivated individual. Ideally you will have some employee relations experience too.
