HR ADVISOR - ER Focused - 12 MONTH FTC - NORTH WEST LONDON - £35,000 per annum

You will be joining a large retail company at one of their sites based in North London.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing high volume ER casework in a standalone capacity. You will lead absence management - supporting line managers to reduce staff turnover. You will ensure implementation of HR policies and projects and upskill line managers on HR best practice and employment legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing high volume ER casework in a standalone capacity. You should be able to quickly build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A pragmatic approach to problem solving and generalist HR experience will be highly beneficial.
What you'll get in return
Salary package of £35,000 per annum plus excellent company benefit package.
