As the Global Talent and Performance Development Manager you will ultimately be responsible for implementing a global performance management process. You help drive a new performance culture and link in with in-country Talent Leads to ensure this truly impacts all regions. You will be a change agent and be part of a two - three year transformation journey.
The Director of Talent has excellent credentials and is looking for a resilient, bright and motivated Performance specialist. You will be able to illustrate that you have led changes in performance management process on a global scale, and be familiar with the top trends in performance management. You will have a solid track record in influencing global stakeholders at a senior level. The hiring manager has emphasised the importance of resilience given the challenge at hand.
Remuneration will include a base salary of c£80,000 and excellent package.
