Recruitment Administrator

£15-£18 per hour

A global renewable energy business, based close to Victoria, are looking for an experienced recruitment administrator to join the team. Due to an extra work load, the client is looking for someone to work alongside the recruitment team to provide end to end high volume support for the business in the UK.

Reporting into the recruitment manager duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Updating/managing recruitment trackers

  • Reporting on recruitment data

  • Uploading CVs on to the database

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies

  • Responding to candidate queries and providing feedback

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates

  • Sending out necessary testing

  • Arranging and attending recruitment events

  • Creating contractual paperwork

  • Managing the pre-employment screening process

  • Supporting with on-boarding of new starters

  • Updating SAP with new starter information

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous recruitment administration experience

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and push back when necessary

  • Delivery focused

  • Strong customer focus

The position has an immediate start after successful interview, therefore candidates ideally would be available immediately or at short notice.
