Head of HR Shared Services - Warwick

3 months interim, then temp to perm

£400-£450 per day (interim) - £80,000 + car/car allowance (perm)

Leading a team of HR administrators and payroll professionals who provide pro-active, personal administration and advisory services to over 3,000 employees.

Core areas include leading the team to:

  • Deliver daily core people lifecycle administration from on-boarding through to exit
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and HRDs to implement critical HR processes (e.g. Pay and bonus review, employee engagement survey, Performance Reviews)
  • Administer data in line with HR Systems group governance
  • First line employee advice on a broad range of subjects including employee relations, benefits, employment contracts, payslips, fiscal administration
  • General compliance

Successful candidate will possess the following:

  • HR Shared Service leadership experience
  • Significant operational experience with HR Shared Services with good understanding of payroll processes
  • Experience working with cloud-based systems
  • Organisational development experience- skilled in visioning new structures, job and process design, capability development and making career paths come alive
  • Customer Focus - experience building KPIs and SLAs to identify areas for improvement, measure progress and celebrate success
  • Engaging people leader with a track record of successfully leading teams through change
  • Proven experience in quickly assessing, stabilising and building high performing teams
