Our Public Service client is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for a temporary assignment of 6 months. This is a home based role which requires travel to London or sites in Dover, Maidstone, Lewes, Ford, Rochester, Sheppey and Sutton.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be providing an excellent field-based HR Advisory service to line managers requiring advice, support, guidance and training on people management issues.
You will be supporting line managers with HR guidance and practice expertise on policy related issues, provide support in disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and performance management issues ensuring notes and letters are produced, support management with long term sickness cases, manage the performance management and talent development process of employees and provide training, education and coaching to line managers to improve their performance in HR activities.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have extensive experience as a HR Advisor with knowledge of employee relations as well as be CIPD level 5 qualified.
