Your new role
Your new role will involve processing new starters and process any relevant on-boarding tasks including induction programmes. You will also be processing any leavers from the organisation. Your role will involve overseeing absence management and supporting with the payroll system. You will also support the HR and Finance Directors with Ad hoc HR administration and will be the first point of contact for HR queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience as a HR administrator and worked within a fast paced environment.
