Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global professional services firm and are supporting them with their search to find a Benefits and Wellbeing Assistant Manager. The role is based in Watford.

As the Benefits and Wellbeing Assistant Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Developing the companies benefits and wellbeing offerings

  • Working closely with third party suppliers to negotiate company benefits

  • Acting as the point of contact for any benefits queries

  • Designing and implementing new benefits and wellbeing services

We are looking for someone who has a background working within benefits and has experience dealing with third party suppliers.
