Your new company
A top international law firm with over 150 partners and 900 employees worldwide. Their clients span both listed and private companies, individuals and institutions. They are based in prestigious offices in Central London.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the full training cycle: training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of the firms L&D program across the UK and EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of L&D you will be involved in various L&D projects firm wide as well as and have heavy exposure to your client group.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced L&D professional working at Manager level. You will be experienced in designing and delivering training within professional or financial services. You will have the ability to work at fast pace, under pressure and to time frames. This is a 12 month maternity cover.
